Great experience doing business with Meadows Garage Repair. I did placed my job estimate request on Thursday on their website to replace the broken spring on 17yo. wooden garage door and received a very fast response via phone confirming the appointment for next day on Friday. Jovanni, the technician arrived in time. He did took a good 30 minutes inspecting every inch of the door. The evaluation included pictures of the parts or areas damaged and confirmed visually at the door. At the end of the inspection, I had a clear understanding of the damaged parts and what needed to be done to get the door back to work. He presented to me, four or five different financial scenarios to fix the door on his IPad. Each one of the was explained fully with the “pros and cons” but what really set him apart from his competitors (came in the day before), was the solution to a problem the others don’t even think about it. The door weighs 570 pounds, it was installed with three custom made springs, the estimates given to me previously were higher and took up to 3-4 weeks to arrive. Jovanni provided with an alternative and showed to me the solution was to add one more spring to facilitate the work on the motor, the best part of all, he had all parts on his truck and he was ready to work on the spot!!. Clearly, Meadows has a very professional and well trained team of technicians with all the necessary equipment to give the customer with an accurate and transparent estimate. None other two repair companies that came to prepare estimates for us were even close with the level of communication and professionalism. Could not have had a better experience. Raphael was extremely knowledgeable, capable and friendly. He performed the work as expected, on time and was very helpful. I had 2 other companies come out to give me quotes and was told that what I wanted done was not possible. A third company said they did not have the expertise to do the job. I highly recommend Meadows Garage Doors and Raphael for any work, but especially a High Lift garage door.

The technician was prompt. We got next day appointment. Our tech was Jovanni and he was thoughtful and diligent. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the options well with no pressure to do more than I had expressed. and more than reasonable pricing! Would absolutely recommend this company!
