Meadows Garage Doors Service Tech, Jovanni Angon did our annual maintenance service and check-up yesterday. I found his work and attitude to be overall outstanding. This was our 1st time to meet. Jovanni took the time to discover more about my needs, expectations, and risk tolerance before rushing to advocate solutions. This was critical to me for building trust. He then clearly demonstrated he placed my needs in front of his commission opportunities. He showed knowledge and expertise in his diagnosis and installation of new lower plates for the spring tension cables. His demeanor was professional, yet personable, and friendly. I came home from work and my garage door wouldn't open. I've never needed garage door service before, so I Googled it, and Meadows came up with 5 stars. Being the skeptic that I am I thought "this is a scam". No one gets over a thousand reviews and still averages 5 stars. So, I thought I'll call and see what 5-star service looks like. Brett and Jovanni showed up bright and early the next morning. They diagnosed my problem, presented several solutions, long term and short and had me back in business in 90 minutes. They taught me more about garage doors than I thought was possible. I appreciate their commitment to safety. I also appreciate there was no "hard sell" tactics. Overall, a great service. I'm a believer.
