His customer service was friendly, professional and made sure we new our options and understood what was happening. He was knowledgeable and quickly figured out the issue. The repair was successful our door hasn't run this smoothly in years. He tested it and cleaned up before leaving. I received updates as my appointment approached. The tech showed up at the start of my appointment window. The tech was knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on additional unnecessary services.
