Alongside his brother, Jason, Aaron co-founded Meadows Garage Doors with a commitment to providing top-quality service, expert craftsmanship, and reliable solutions for homeowners and businesses. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. His dedication to both family and business is at the heart of everything he does.

Jason is an IDEA-certified residential installer with over 15 years of experience, delivering knowledgeable, efficient, and honest service. He values the opportunity to meet new people and build lasting connections through his work. On weekends, Jason enjoys exploring new restaurants, watching football and baseball, and spending quality time with his niece and nephew.

Whether serving our country, his local community, or clients like you, Brett is driven by a passion for exceptional service. He credits his wife, Sabrina, and son, Duane, for inspiring his dedication to making a difference in the lives of those around him. On weekends, you’ll find Brett spending time with his family at church, catching up with friends and loved ones, or making a necessary trip to Lowe’s—because when a new tool hits the shelves, it only makes sense to add it to the collection! Cutter, a professional garage door technician with 6 years of hands-on experience in the industry. He specializes in providing high-quality garage door and gate repair, installation, and maintenance services to homeowners and businesses alike. Whether it’s a broken spring, malfunctioning opener, or a complete system replacement, I have the skills and tools to get your garage door working smoothly again. Boomer Sooner!

Rafael is an IDEA-certified residential door installer with over 10 years of experience, providing knowledgeable, efficient, and honest service. As a second-generation professional in the door industry, he understands the importance of quality craftsmanship and upholding the high standards we value. In his downtime, Rafael enjoys spending time with his family and cooking delicious meals for them.

With 20 years of experience in the home repair industry, Stephanie brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and organizational excellence to Meadows. As Office Manager, she  ensures seamless day-to-day operations, from scheduling and customer service to project coordination and team support. Stephanie’s deep understanding of home repair services allows her to anticipate client needs, streamline processes, and keep projects running efficiently.

Jovanni has a true passion to serve those around him and add value to every homeowner he gets to meet. With a background in construction and being IDEA certified, gives Jovanni the mechanical skills to diagnose any issue & the motivation to find out what works best for his clients. In his downtime you’ll find Jovanni and his fiance hanging out with his nephews, at the gym playing soccer, or if it’s Sunday at church.

John joined the team after moving back home from Tennessee! Where he gained 5yrs of garage door service & installation experience. In accordance with our standards he also obtained his IDEA residential Certification! This accountability of professionalism & performing service the right way perfectly aligns with our core values. John is known as a people’s man and thoroughly enjoys meeting new homeowners, solving problems, & providing a service that improves our clients day. We hope you are as impressed with John as we are.
